This site exists so you can learn about eye conditions and the treatments offered at Dr. Ashraful Huq's chambers, and so you can request an appointment. It is an information and booking service, not a place where you receive treatment.

The chat on this site is software. It can explain what a condition usually involves, what a procedure generally entails, and when something is worth having looked at quickly. It cannot examine your eyes, and everything it says is general information rather than a judgement about your particular case.

It does not diagnose you. It does not prescribe medicines or dosages. It will not quote you a price for surgery. A reply from the assistant is never a substitute for sitting in front of Dr. Huq and being examined properly.

If you have been given advice by a doctor who has actually examined you, follow that advice rather than anything you read here.

If you have sudden loss of vision, severe pain in the eye, an injury, or a chemical splash, do not wait for a reply from this website. Go to an emergency department or call a chamber directly. The assistant will flag these situations when it recognises them, but it can only respond to what you type, and it is not monitored by a person in real time.

Choosing a time on this site sends a request to the office. It is not a confirmed appointment until someone from the chamber contacts you. Times shown as available can be taken by another patient between your request and that call, and clinic schedules change.

Please give accurate contact details. If we cannot reach you, we cannot confirm your appointment.

Use this site for your own eye health or for someone in your care. Do not submit false details, do not use it to send abusive or unlawful content, and do not attempt to break into it, overload it, or extract its content in bulk. We may block access where this happens.

We take care to keep the medical information here correct and current, and to keep chamber hours up to date. Even so, eye care advances, schedules shift, and mistakes happen. If something on this site turns out to be wrong or out of date, we will correct it, but we cannot promise the site is free of errors at every moment.

We provide this website and the assistant as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information here instead of getting your eyes examined, from an appointment request that did not reach us, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for the care actually provided to you in the chamber. That is governed by the professional and legal obligations that apply to any doctor treating a patient, and those are unaffected by anything on this page.

The text, images and videos on this site belong to the practice or are used with permission. You are welcome to read and share links to them. Republishing them as your own, or using them commercially, requires our written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute arising from them falls to the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
